Where and when did you start paddling?
"In 2011 I started paddling in Hood River, Oregon."
-
Why are you doing this sport?
"It's the least populated sport that can take you where no other craft can. The bottomless canyons of our world need kayakers to find them."
-
What is your favorite spot to paddle?
"West coast USA. Its a big spectrum of whitewater and is so widely diverse."
-
What was your best experience on water:
"Class 5 kayak has my heart. But I'm often drawn to the ocean waves. Pretty much anything that can scare me a little and wash me off."
-
What are your goals and plans for the future?
"More first descents, more nights on the river, longer days paddling. Always looking for that untouched waterfall that nobody knows about."
-
What do you like to do when you are not in a kayak?
"Surfing ocean swell and carving deep powder on the mountain."
