The PLUGS 4.0 is built from 4 mm e.prene and cut from upcycled BALLER sprayskirt material, part of HIKO's Material Free line. A neoprene seal keeps water out, and one-hand entry means you can get back in without letting go of the paddle. Snap buttons hold the pair together in your gear bag.
